You provide any remaining outstanding supporting documentation required for underwriting and we discuss “extended rate lock” for new construction options.



As your new home is built, we will keep in touch regarding your financial and loan status, simultaneous to the progress of your new home completion.



As closing approaches we ensure your loan file is buttoned up for final underwriting steps and review updated figures for closing.
